“Thank You…” from Louie

 I wanted to thank all of the membership for allowing me to attend Leadership 1 at the IAM Winpisinger Training Center. I found it to be a great experience. You gain a wealth of knowledge. You learn about The Role of the Steward, Labor History, Union Administration, Government and Politics, Human Rights and Organizing from many Intelligent Instructors who possess extensive understanding of the subjects. You also get to meet Union Brothers and Sisters from all over the United States and Canada who are very dedicated and are highly involved in various positions in our union. Over all you are busy, you learn a lot, and you meet a lot of amazing people. It is truly a blessing.I recommend that any member who wishes to learn, be of service and grow within our IAM union attend Winpisinger Center. Oh yeah and 1 more thing, if you decide to go just be ready for the beds.
